Run

Run leg consist in 2 rounds of 5Km, the way is uphill for Km 2 and the return is downhill. The total climbing for one loop is approx.150mt.The first km is two-way so you must keep to the right, and pay attention to other athletes when climbing and descending.

ZC2:Bike-Run transition zone> will be placed on a grassy side of the road, the athletes will find their pockets numbered with the running equipment.

Arrival (Refreshment Base): next to the ZC2, altitude to Mt San Simeon (1150mt)
